      Ongoing Internet Issues and ********************* Experience Weve been experiencing ongoing issues with our internet service and have repeatedly tried to get help, but the process has been extremely frustrating.Each time we call, we wait a long time just to speak with someone. When we finally reach an operator, were transferred to the wireless departmentonly to be placed on hold again for an extended period. Today ( 7/11/2025) , I called and was placed on hold for 1 hour and 29 minutes while waiting for the wireless department. I eventually had to hang up because no one answered.I also submitted a message through their website but have yet to receive a response.Its disappointing that the company continues to charge for service while providing little to no support.

      We terminated service before the due date of the next payment. I then received bill for about 1/2 a month. I tried to call customer service on several occasions 20 - 30 minute holds. The last time I called they said there we 33 people in the cue. That tells me they have insufficient staff or their system has problems. Based on my experience since River Street bought out ******* it is both. If you had issues with ******* you could talk to people.

      Absolutely Terrible. Will do nothing to maintain quality and are over saturating their network to the detriments of their customers. They bought my WISP in Murphy, NC and left us hanging with no other options. Web pages won’t load, wifi calling won’t work… Im beginning to think HughesNet is a better solution. Would not recommend.

      River Street network is constantly out both TV and phone service. They do not deserve an A rating more like F or D minus at best. This has been a constant problem over several years of over priced service.

      They don’t care about their customers. The whole set up is a joke, they just take your money and don’t care if you are actually able to use the service you pay for. By word of mouth I will spread the word telling people not to use them.

      Rude. Sarcastic. Unhelpful. Primitive. Disorganized.
      Would not do business with them at all if the companies that promised to provide high speed optic fiber internet to rural America lived up to their promises.
