      I hired Carey roofing to replace my large roof. Quoted and contracted to replace 40+ squares of roof with premium architectural shingles, synthetic underlayment, and 360 feet of drip edge.
      Ongoing issues since install, multiple leaks, after a year of chasing calls with ***** ***** finally got a crew out here and found where I was charged for a full synthetic ice and rain guard underlayment - they did not run the material to the end of the roof at the top thus causing a water line across my entire ceiling and wall. Still chasing calls and promises of return/remedy, I am now finding out this roofing company does not have an employee that can or will go on a roof....my roof is literally lifting off the house in places. After multiple inspections by independent specialists I am finding that all 360 feet of oversized drip edge is not installed correctly, it was tacked in place not secured and the underlayment was put on the wrong side. Essentially if water gets under a shingle it is routed to the bottom and then trapped at the edge of my decking where it will rot out my roof deck and facia. Owner is still not responding or committing to resolution. I have pages of e-mails/pictures and text messages to back this up. I have been more than patient with this and need a solution. They are also yet to follow procedure to file a warranty claim for some faulty shingles and to correct shingles noted as damaged when installed. This needs to be fixed or fully refunded so I can get this large expensive roof fixed to avoid further structural and health issues. Size limit on supporting documents, I have a list of call notes/emails/text messages.

      We responded to ****** concerned by email 12/21/22 and came to an agreement to make the repairs to the drip edge per his suggestions. We asked him to continue to be patient while waiting for a prospective start date. This request  is related to having warmer weather conditions for replacing any shingles effectively. I apologized for the lack of previous communications and  commit to better updates going forward. We also plan to work with the shingle the  manufacturer in a more timely response and resolution to the granular loss.
