In 2022, we had Concrete Craft of Wilmington resurface our back yard concrete with a product called aggrekoat. We were told that this product would adhere to our existing concrete, and it would wear like iron. After only 6-8 weeks, we started experiencing blisters in the material. I immediately called Concrete Craft and explained what i was seeing. The owner (***************************) told me he would contact the producer of the aggrekoat product and get back to me. Weeks later ***** called and informed me that the blisters were caused by hydrostatic pressure.I questioned that seeing my house/land are ***** feet above sea level and the concrete slabs are all above grade.I then started contacting the makers of the aggrekoat product. The person who created the product told me that the product is delaminating from the underlying concrete because it had been previously sealed.I contacted ******* again and let him know this information and he again said that was not the reason and it was due to hydrostatic pressure.I have since had a Hydrologist review my backyard concrete and he immediately concluded that there was no way the product was delaminating due to hydrostatic pressure. All follow up attempts to contact Concrete Craft have been unsuccessful.******* will not answer my texts and i have confirmed his number has not changed.
