    We have built several homes in ** and ** over the years. This was the worst home building experience ever. Contracted with Turner and **** to complete home October 2022 - didn't closed until June 2023. Incompetent, doesn't understand the trades, and no concern for their buyers overall. This seems to be a hobby for these 2 knuckleheads. Overall, finally finished a decent house after many long emails, a project schedule we provided them, and nasty phones calls. Never would have hired them if we knew ahead of time how long this home would have taken. We also learned there is not one homeowner in the row of 7 homes they built that's happy with them. Some neighbors are still waiting for completion of items after 2 years. Disgusting!!!!

    Terrible company that gives false and misleading expectations on quality and time frame of home construction. Would never recommend them to another and very sorry my wife and I were mislead into their terrible business.
