    Most unprofessional, unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them. Contacted them in March, 2023 to recoat our pool deck. We were given an estimate and accepted it. *****************(owner) wanted to meet right away for the 50% deposit (should have been my first red flag). Numerous attempts (appprox 20) have been made to get our project scheduled. We were givien the run around several times as "I will get back with you when the schedule is finalized" with no call back. Texts, e-mails, phone calls were ignored. We attempted to go by the office, but it is no longer located at the address on the estimate. To date our project has not been done nor has our deposit been refunded as requested. Shady company.

    We contacted Progressive Concrete Coatings in January 2022 for an estimate to re-do our stamped concrete porch. Dayle *****, office worker, and VP of PCC, arranged a time for Matt to see the job. He gave us a verbal estimate and Dayle ***** sent a contract for us to sign and return with a 50% deposit. We did. Via email, **** gave us a date the work would begin. He did not show up and then he and ***** (we had both of their cell phone numbers) would not answer our numerous attempts to contact them. Our emails were also ignored. We took him to small claims court and the judge ruled in our favor. The deputies were able to recover our deposit and all court fees. While his website looks like you are dealing with a professional, he is anything but a professional individual.
