    As far as the gym goes, machines have been broken/not working properly my entire membership period (18 months) and they dont care to fix them. The ** has been broken in the building and theyd rather renovate the physical therapy room instead. The cost of memberships are also outrageous it was the closest & most decent gym by my house. Now as far as canceling your membership, it is a complete nightmare. They told me I could only put in a request to cancel online and not in the club. They also failed to let me know they require 15 days before they can cancel your membership, which is incredibly stupid. So they still charged me half a month even though I hadnt used my membership. They also accidentally charged me the next month for the full amount of $50. I called and spoke with the front desk and she informed me that she could see my cancellation request and couldnt tell me why I was charged and that I have to wait for someone to reach out to me via email and theres no phone number they can give me. They need to run their business better and we should be able to cancel our membership in person. Terrible communication and customer service!
