    Absolutely Disgusting EMPLOYEE. 7.27.2024 I want a formal record of a incident with one of this company's employees: I felt eerily Threatened as this dark haired and dark facial haired and facial pierced white male today as he came into the office of my work "************************ Homes , *******************" He had no need to enter the office as we have a designated package room. He entered today anyway and proceeded to search the office for food and water and ask me multiple times to walk him to our model unit. I was alone. And he knew that. He seemed aggressive and pushy to get me to go to the model with him. On exit he hesitated in the door way as if he was not done with me. It made me feel as if I were about to be accosted. I never want him delivering another package. Thanks.

    Our location is large and houses many offices/clients within our gates. We were told many years ago to have each client indicate on the package label their specific location. Until the past year, our packages were delivered correctly. Unfortunately, no matter how many times we tell the driver to read the label and location, he continues to drop all client packages to one location. This causes our clients to deliver other clients packages to them or someone having to call every client to see where their package was delivered. I am not sure why, but the driver refuses to deliver to the proper locations. Each time the driver is addressed, we get the same "whatever" answer. I have called the 800 number for customer service, because you cannot complain locally to the ************* (right across the street). They just shrug in response to the complaint. The 800-customer service ********************** is manned by someone accented who doesn't seem to understand the issue. I am not even sure if they correctly documented my contact information. I was given a case #. We will see if there is any response from the company.
