We were matched with **** Davis from our insurance after filing a claim due to a leaking toilet in Feb. They came out, did remediation and remodel of the bathroom. Upon the completed project, the tile was chipping up in numerous places. We had them come out multiple times where they claimed to fix the issue. Every time the tile was just as bad or worse when they left. We eventually gave up on them actually fixing that. We were also supposed to have $1000 deductible but ended up paying about $300 over. We tried to only pay deductible, but they kept sending us higher invoices and becoming very unresponsive to our emails and calls. They would occasionally respond but no answer would be given. We eventually paid the higher invoice, hoping to just cut our losses and be done with them. We really have not been using the bathroom due to how bad the tile is we were hoping to save up and have the tile redone because they wouldnt fix it for us. We only used the bathroom occasionally since the tile is so bad. We didnt want to risk further damage. When flushed the toilet water was spraying out from the bottom, which was the reason we filed the original claim. We have asked them to come back out and fix the issue which they refused to respond to our emails. We sent another email today saying that we were going to contact the BBB or legal action and then we automatically got a response. They tried to tell us we still owed them money, which we have receipts showing we paid in full. They also said we would have to file a new claim. Ive replied with we are not filing a new claim when you still havent finished the job that you were hired for and we have also sent them screenshots of the paid in full invoices. We now have no longer received response back again. We are requesting that they come to fix the work they were hired to do or give us a refund so we can hire another company to do it the right way. I can screenshot additional documentation if needed. File sizes too large.
