    Contract signed May 2 2022 (attached) for countertops, sink and new cabinet doors. Total quoted less 5% Home show and 10% military discounts. 50% was paid at signing with installation scheduled for 8/29. ******* called to post pone until 9/9. ******* did not show that day and did not return phone calls. ******* called on 9/21 and stated cabinets had been discontinued. Countertops started 9/29. Cabinets to be installed 11/16. ******* did not show or call. I called and was promised cabinets would be installed before ************* ******* came 11/22 and started installation of doors. One door was the wrong size and two were missing. ******* promised a rush ordered would be placed. Drawers are not flush and sit at an angle. One door fell off and pulled out at the hinge leaving holes in the wall of the existing cabinet. This happened on 11/23. ******* promised to adjust drawers and repair door when the missing doors and the one that was an incorrect size were received. I left several messages in ********* ******* called and scheduled installation for 12/21. ******* called and said several employees had quit and requested rescheduling on 12/27. ******* did not call. I called on 12/27 at 12:35 pm and the office person said they were working schedules and she would call back that day. No one called. I left two messages on 12/28. Rec'd a call from office person at 5:40 stating only one door had been ordered. No resolution was offered and no one from management has contacted me. I am completely frustrated and upset that this has gone on for so many months and the lack of communication. I sent the company an email on 12/28 that I wanted the 3 doors be sent to me and to cancel the 50% of the balance due and I would hire someone to finish the job, I also told them I would file a complaint if no one called me, hoping that someone in management would be motivated to contact me. As of 12/30 I have had no response.

    The company's office person contacted me at 4pm yesterday (1/11) and stated they have the missing doors and would like to install them Friday afternoon 1/13.
