      Once you on their email list - they will not remove. You will get an average of 2 emails per day. Newsletters, best foods to eat or avoid, etc --- per junk. I did the mistake of using my email address and my company is now cracking down about us getting remove from lists that are not related to work. I have sent them 7 requests --- and now luck. Their "chat" does not work and the link to the *** is no longer available. PS - their stuff was a waste of money for me.

      Total scam. I decided to try the "club" and two supplements. They have a "coach" call you for a fifteen-minute "get you started" call. This guy was pushing me to buy nearly $700 of stuff. Then, though I did NOT sign up for autorenewal, they took DOUBLE the monthly price out (took it out one day, then took it out the next). Just an utter marketing scam.

      I started the program but wasn't losing much weight. They were very pushy about getting me to purchase the one year supply. I'm afraid I did but I never agreed to allow them to take money out of my PayPal acct whenever they want. The last charge was two days ago for $390.62 for what I have no idea.When you call the help phone number you will get someone with a very strong accent.I asked where was he located and he told me he was in ************.I requested that I speak to someone in the ** and I was disconnected. I lost $2,900 and learned a very expensive ******* Don't trust anyone on the internet.

      Zero stars. Company does fraudulent business by taking money from your account before you even finalize or submit a potential order. Hard sell, deceptive practices. Run you through the wringer trying to get back what is yours. Ive just started the process of getting my money back and from what Im reading here I see Im not alone. Sad.

      Well in the beginning ********************* was my contact person, she was helpful. I ordered Sep 25 & texted her Sep 26th to cancel and ask for a refund. Oct 2nd I still hadn't started my 12-week program until Nov 6th, since I was caring for my ill parent the month of October. I emailed and requested that menosync be returned for metabolic spark, no response. ******** has black cohosh in it and after researching why I broke out in a rash on my face. It cannot be taken with Duloxetine which I am on. I have 2 bottles of menosync at $44.00 that I cannot use. 1 each of choc & vanilla protein powder at $39 - not sure if that is causing my rash, so I quit the shakes. I thought there was a 90-day money-back guarantee. According to the Sherpa website, it says only 30 days to return. I wanted an RMA label to return the product to *************. Yet, reading reviews, probably won't see the refund.So ****** learned, ask about the return policy! Read ingredients carefully since they have no idea what medications you are on and that shouldn't be taken with their products. I just want to make sure I receive no other charges.

      This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, it is only selected in order to leave a review.I ordered the exercise videos and some supplements, which I selected to be a one time purchase, not an automatic renewal. The next day I was contacted by a representative to get me "set up" with the program, and was persuaded to add an additional supplement and again stated I only wanted a single purchase.I didn't receive any of the ordered items, but was immediately charged in full for all items, and found that they set it up as an automatic monthly renewal, which I didn't agree to.I called the company's customer service line everyday for a week, tried the live chat option several times that would say an agent wasn't available, text the assigned rep and sent an email to request a cancellation of the items and the automatic renewal, all without any follow up from the company. After being unable to get a response from any of the above contact options I proceeded to dispute the charges through the credit card company. This company is unethical and should be avoided at all costs. Do not do business with this company, you will regret it!

      The products and diet plan worked for me. I lost 16 lbs and have kept my eating program going. It's difficult to reorder their products, one or two phone calls are needed, but not desired by the clients. Therefore, I have resorted to using different products. I even used the reorder scan right on their product label, still a phone call to pay and locate my product ordered.Thank you for initial help in my good start to weight loss and healthier eating.Goodbye

      I wish I didn't have to select 1 star. They don't even deserve that. I purchased a digital metabolism program from Natural Health Sherpa today (10/10/23) for their digital Metabolic Renewal program for $40.51. After processing the purchase through PayPal, the company then proceeds to upsell you on additional items through videos. After the second video, I clicked out of their website because I wasnt interested in purchasing fat burners and protein powder. I then received an email with a receipt that was really strange. It showed a purchase of $37.99 for just the Metabolic Renewal Digital Only but the grand total was $188.61 with no additional items noted. I immediately emailed them and stated that I didnt purchase anything additional. No response. I then receive an email from PayPal almost 2 hours later for an additional $148.10. I immediately emailed the company again and advised this is an error and I DO NOT want the items. I received a response that I ordered the items with an invoice attached. I never processed an additional order nor did I receive a confirmation email from them like I did for the initial order so I think it seems like they added themselves. If someone closes out a website before processing an order, it shouldnt go through. This is very dishonest scheme to get more money for consumers. They are processing charges fraudulently. Buyer Beware!

      They are a SCAM! Ordered the initial product bundle for $45.85 on 8/9 and never received the products. I check my credit card every day to see if they are going to charge me more from the previous reviews it looks like they just continue charging on your card. Called and emailed customer service with no answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

      I bought one product with a free trial of another thinking it may or may not work. I was then sent additional products (videos and booklets) which I did not request. Once I had the products, I decided since my doctor put me on prescribed medications I no longer needed this product. I then called to get a refund, and the representative said that I could return it and they would only deduct the amount of the "prepaid label" they were sending me to have the products returned ($10.32) since I was returning them within the warranty period. I was at a local postal service when I had called for the refund and they stated that the label I received was not prepaid. I told the representative this and he kept insisting that it was. I ended up paying around $22.00 to ship it back in the same packaging it came in. I sent the representative the receipts and told them that I wanted to be reimbursed the fees since they did not provide me a prepaid label. He never responded. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and after a month I still had not seen a refund. I looked up the tracking number and it had been delivered July 7th. Today is August 7th. I called their customer service line and they stated that they had indeed received the products and when I asked for a full refund including the fees I had to pay sending them back, the only thing they agreed was to refund the total of the products, and the $14.00 plus to ship it to me...so no refund on what I paid extra to have it sent back. The representative stated that since I no longer wanted the product, I was going to be charged a fee to return it. I stated this was never said. In the end, I only received the total amount I paid for the products and to have them sent to me but never got a refund of the cost of shipping I paid. This is a company that I will never order from again. Why should I have to be penalized for their mistakes (if that is what it was)? Train your representatives to give correct information!
