    If it were possible to give minus stars I would. This company is terrible! I ordered in June, decided I did not want the products, called to get a return authorization and sent the products back, received a refund, minus an outrageous shipping and handling charge. The products were sent to me again (no email warning me this was happening. I called and was assured the subscription order was canceled. The never sent me a return authorization despite email requests, was informed I can only call. Tried several times with wait times beyond 30 minutes, just gave up. I thought fine, at least I'm done......NOPE! Just got an email that they are sending their stupid products to me again and I need to call to cancel or alter delivery date. Been on hold for over an hour now for customer service! I don't want your products! You cannot charge me for items I do not want and then charge me to send them back to you!

    CROOKS!I emailed them telling them to cancel my ******************** autoshipments in April, 2023. In June, my credit card was charged $77 for membership & $177 for an autoship. I called & requested a Return Merchandise Authorization. I received the *** & was told it would take about 2 weeks after they got the box back to get a refund. Today, August 7th, I called back for the refund I should have received 10 days ago. Rep processed a refund while I was on hold. I asked for a refund of my dues since June (I canceled in April) and was told he could only refund the last month. So, I've been charged $77 per month since canceling in ************** still be charging me if I hadn't called them back!!! The products might be fine. I honestly don't know. But, their business practices are criminal!

    Kept charging me after I canceled. Would not refund me. And had to pay for shipping and handling to return the unwanted product. With no refund. Bad customer service and experience all the way around .They kept giving me a different excuse and saying you can kept the product for 25% less. And want to charge me for another month after I canceled 3 months ago. Never use this company please! This company is a scam and needs to go out of business.

    This companys customer service is non existent. I gave in to the whole song and dance this man was preaching and when I had imputed my credit card info, I had to press next which sent me to another ad selling protein powder. I dont know why but I fell into that and clicked a 3month supply. Thinking I was done, I had to click next again and now they wanted to sell me pills. After this point I was done, and clicked the * to get out of the browser. Low and behold the next day I get confirmation that they charged my credit card. There was never a final button to accept, so I feel like this is fraudulent on their part and completely unacceptable. I emailed as soon as I could to cancel the order and the auto shipment it SAYS I agreed to (but didnt) but they tell me I have to call. I keep calling and sitting on hold FOREVER! Currently at an hour! This company is complete scam! I will dispute any charges if they move forward with any auto shipment.

    How is this business rated A+ when all three reviews say they are scammers?! Its not BBB affiliated and has one star reviews from three reviews so how is it A+?! It should say DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They take peoples money and do not refund when they guarantee 100% money back guarantee! I pray the greedy people that profit from this company have their bellies full and living it up because the way they treat people it will not last!

    Asked for my order to be cancelled. Still received the product, so I returned it but never was refunded my money almost 2 months later. SCAM!!!! DO not buy from this company
