    Anderson Air installed a subpar unit in our new home. Less than two years living at this brand new home, we learned that the condenser is too small to handle this size home and that the air handler is smaller than the condenser and cannot manage the air flow for two floors. We will have to spend over $20,000 on a new system to adequately cool and heat this home. Do not use this company ever

    Broken promises, fraudulent promises. They never follow up, never call back. It's time to call the AG's office.

    I never actually received any services. Poor communication and management. I called on a Saturday morning for a/c related issues. It took me calling 5 times before the dispatcher even answered my phone call. Once she did, she gave me a 2 hour window when the tech would come out. Never happened. I called to follow up with her several times and she just didnt know what to do. I was sincerely disappointed and had to contact another company later in the day which ended up costing me more money.

    *******************, Sales manager came out and addressed only concerns promptly and professionally, *********** repairmen fixed and repaired the problems and inspected our HVAC system. to address our concerns. The company added a free extra remote thermostat and resolved the problem immediately. The professionalism and the manner in which *******************, directed employees and work with us, I would think you would not find within many companies. My real problem was that all my calls went unanswered until I posted on the BBB website.The Sales manager solve the problem to the point we also contacted with the company for a maintenance service agreement with the company for an additional service.
