    March 20th 2023 I was charged ****** the remaining balance of my ******* total mini split unit plus labor cost.At that point the business indicated that the unit was done and did not indicate that other items needed to be finished. They in turn collected the entire amount for the mini split.April 7th we discovered disconnected wiring, tubes, trash, spare parts and a manual dumped behind the unit which was evidence the unit was far from complete.We contacted Green Dot the next business day April 10th about this oversight. We were not contacted back for 2 business days. On April 14th a technician came out to tell us a wire needed to be fixed. He was not able to provide service that day but only "diagnose" the problem. On April 15th a service technician came out but indicated the solution would require 2 service guys present and he had no indication when that would be done but ball parked us next week.We were further told by the diagnostician April 14 that Green Dot was under the impression everything was complete. I told him we thought the same because we had paid in full. Green Dot has failed to provide adequate communication and has blamed the whole issue on a "previous service guy who is no longer with them." Unfortunately my dissatisfaction has not been addressed and despite me contacting ***** the sales agent about this issue, it has fallen on deaf ears and they have all my money in hand.I am very concerned about their poor customer service and deceptive installation and account collection. I have also been troubled about their response and lack of communication. I know the former company *** worked with us for many years and we had a great relationship. RJS did larger jobs including installation of an entire HVAC system with ductwork and were on point. Please do not Green Dot take advantage of any other citizens in the area.

    This matter was amicably resolved with the client as of April 18, 2023. The installation of her new HVAC was completed as of April 18, 2023, and is operating smoothly. Our client is happy with this resolution.
