  **** at Premier Management Company is extremely biased when it comes to enforcing HOA documented rules. This creates animosity between neighbors and sows distrust. Some neighbors are threatened with fines for weeds covering their yards while others look as bad or worse & don't receive a letter. Some neighbors are allowed to cause damage to other neighbors yards & are not forced to follow HOA rules. Maintenance of common areas consists of mowing and trimming only. No replacement of grass, plants etc is done. Neighborhood looks like garbage because of not following own rules & not enforcing rules.

  This company does not respond to emails and when they do they give empty promises to fix what's wrong. The liaison person for the neighborhood I used to live in changes like clockwork. There were MULTIPLE issues that multiple neighbors raised to this company and they did not fix it. Some of the biggest problems were broken and unsafe playground equipment and deteriorating and unsafe dock conditions. When I lived there I paid 500+ dollars a year for them to never fix the unsafe things. Not to mention tons of pot holes and a stop sign that residents ended up having to fix.

  Premier Management Company has been the management company in our *** community for several years. Needless to say, in my opinion they have performed well below average. Our community states specific guidelines that homeowners sign off on when moving into our community. However, not everyone follows the bylaws and when that happens the *** and Premier Management needs to follow **. In reality they say they do, but one wonders why it takes months for any action to occur. Premier says they can't force homeowners to abide by the bylaws, I agree. However, then can take action against them with fines and liens. For example, there are boats in our neighborhood, which are strictly forbidden, for months at a time. This is unacceptable. Premier drags their feet and maybe, just maybe by wintertime the boats have been removed. They don't have a problem taking our money on a yearly basis but that can't do their job in a professional timely manner, Of course, like anything when a homeowners see one person with a boat, and then they determine they can have one because in reality nothing gets addressed until months later. It starts to spread like cancer. Bottom line, if you're looking for a management company look somewhere else.
