    **** preformed a home inspection for me and my wife on a pre-purchase home. I have to say this is by far the most impressive home inspection report I have ever read. ( I have personally bought and sold 8 home) Not only was it very detailed, it was also very easy to read. We were onsite when **** was preforming the home inspection and he went over ever issues he found with us and walked us through the entire house. He was very knowledge and professional. **** has preformed over ***** home inspections, has a degree in construction management, is certified mold assessor, and is in the process of the getting his master inspector certification as well as get his general contractor licenses. **** is beyond qualified and comes very highly recommend by many of top agents in the area. Also, just the read to the review below and sounds like the a sellers is upset that he found issues with there house.

    They provided my potential home buyers with an inspection. It appears they purposely damaged areas in order to provide additional feedback to the buyers. This includes gouging doors, removing weather stripping, and forcefully prying apart portions of decking. In addition their feedback appeared to be intentionally vague, things like simple cleaning and minor paint repairs were recommended for consultation and repair by licensed contractors. Im very privy to home inspection reports and this company clearly doesnt understand how to properly conduct an inspection or make realistic recommendations. Ive seen these incompetent inspectors before, their reports are nothing but a bunch of photos with no substance or expertise when it comes to relevant issues. I highly advise home buyers to select inspectors who have more than a single positive review.
