      I am rejecting this response because: My Agreement paperwork says " Product comes with a 10 year or lifetime warranty". It does not indicate that cabinet doors are NOT included. I feel that the company should repair the damage at their cost. I should not have to pay to repair it.

      We have spoken with the customer various times and explained her claim falls outside the warranty period and scope.  We apologize the customer is not satisfied with our response.  Any repair will require a service call which will incur labor and parts charge.  We consider this claim addressed and closed.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      Both **** *****, Granite Transformation Service Representative, and ***** *****, owner of ***************************, an independent company stated that the product was NOT installed improperly. Both stated that the product should never have been put on top of existing tile. The product is a great product and I would like to have the shower covered with the Granite Transformations product when it is repaired. However, I would like it installed correctly. What I hear the company saying is that they are NOT responsible for the installation. Who is responsible if they are NOT!? There is  nothing wrong with the shower plumbing and I never said that there was.

      The current estimate to remove the product and tile is around $3800 plus the cost of unexpected problems. Granite Transformations has a lifetime warranty. To me a lifetime warranty applies to both the product and the installation. The only solution offered by Granite Transformations is that the company with provide replacement materials for free. Demolition and installation of new product will be my expense! The entire problem was caused by Granite Transformations installation. The company replaced the shower floor previously because the shells in the product were dissolving. There was no cost to me for the replacement. Now Granite Transformation is not accepting responsibility for the wrong installation of their product. This is a violation of their lifetime warranty!!

      After reviewing the claim this was not a product warranty claim. Our company did not do the plumbing we only installed product on top of surfaces.

      The installation warranty was for one year as noted on the contract the product warranty was for the lifetime of the product. Based off the report the product did not fail. Please review the warranty.
