    I purchased a laser from Med Laser Experts (**** is his name). **** not only over-drafted my account for payment by $500, but once he had the money, he did not deliver a laser to me for greater than 3 months - this was with me hounding him about it consistently. The laser showed (an IPL), my team tested it and the delivery power did not align with what the laser was set to. Long story *****, **** asked that we send back the handpiece for repair. We did as requested, but **** never returned the handpiece repaired or a replacement as outlined in our purchase agreement. He agreed to purchase the laser back from me on many occasions, but then disappeared with no response. We never performed a single client treatment with this equipment, it could not be safely operated. ******: **** also operates under other company names. Reviews on other platforms align with my story - I wish I had been more diligent on the front end - would have saved me over $24,000 and a lot of time and frustration. Total fraud.

    I hired them on May 20, 2024 to come to my spa and fix my IPL machine. He told me they would be there the following Wednesday. I paid In full $1925.It has been over three months. I have talked to a guy named ***** multiple times who said theyre coming hes apologized for the delay. With it going as long as it did, I had to hire somebody else to fix the machine because I needed it done. They refused to give me a refund. The manager told ***** to tell me that they would not refund me. Now I cant get anyone on the phone or anyone to respond to my email.

    December 20 2021 we got the invoice to repair Our Deka lase CO2 that need a new CO2 tube, the agreement was to paid half of the money so they can arrange the pick up and the another half was when they finish to ship back our laser.
    Total amount was $6,950 for deka repair , pick up laser for transporting , replace the tube and recharge tube to 100% energy, redelivery of laser to customer 50% PAID AT CONTRACT AND 50% PAID UPON COMPLETION
    the first payment was in December and last in march when he said that the laser was ready to be ship it.
    Since then we have multiple phone call and emails to contact them and at this point they no are calling back since April 5th
    New Laser Deka is $58,000 and a Use like mine around $25,000

    Dear Customer *******.. Your laser is on site, the tube has been re-gassed 100%, full serviced and calibrated, and has been sitting waiting to ship. She shipping BOL and invoice were sent to you directly from CTS and simply just never paid. The laser is done, its 100% ready to go, and can be picked up at any time. If you would like us to help arrange the shipping for you again we would be happy to do that as well. You can simply email us your request and we will happily help you get the laser expedited back to you in short order. Thank you.

    We paid in full , on my claim I attached the first check was paid on December 20, 2021 check ***** for $3,800 and the second check was paid when you told us that the laser was ready on February 18, 2022 for $3,825 dollars, check # **** after that we call you numerous time and follow up with email response that we have copies of that.
    we paid for pick up and delivery too that was included on your invoice.
    Please check you bank account or the copies of the check included on my claim .
