    We are a cosmetic plastic surgery and laser practice. On July 19, 2022, we purchases a Lumenis Quantum IPL laser and 5 hand pieces for the laser from The Laser Source (1213 Culbreth Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405). We were required to pay in full at the time of purchase. We were told that the unit would go through final inspection and be sent to the crater, then it would ship to us, arriving within 2 weeks of payment in full. Once the two weeks had passed, I contacted the company to find out why I hadn't received tracking or a laser. I was told they would have to check and get back to me. This scenario went on for 3 months! I made several calls, most of which they would not take and gave me NO information. I finally received a call from the individual (Dave) who sold us the laser on August 31, 2022. He guaranteed that the laser would go to shipping the next day and would ship out on 9/2/22 & arrive in 4-7 days. I called back several time between Sept.4-14, as I had not received a tracking number nor had they called to collect shipping payment. Finally on September Sept. 14, 2022 they called to collect payment for shipping. The unit arrived on September 22, 2022. Unbelievably, it is missing the dongle and all 5 hand pieces. The laser will not function without the dongle (software) and hand pieces. After waiting over 3 months, I have a laser I can not use. I called immediately. They said someone would call me back. No one has information for me. They will not take my calls. My co-worker called from another phone number and Jordan answered right after I was told he was not available. I have called multiple times trying to find out where the missing parts are. Either no one is available to talk to me or the person I speak to says they will have to check on it and call me back. This has been of great cost financially, invested time, patient relations... I request your assistance in this matter. Thank you

    1. company does business under varioius names such as lasersource, laser repair tech etc based out of North carolina, texas and Florida. 2. in texas the company has forfiture doe to non payment of taxes with secretaty of state 3. multiple negative reviews on google with suspicon for scam In my case medical laser shipped to company florida address for repair. invoice for repair sent and paid. Item never recieved back and now website non functional and multiple calls and emails un answered.

    Also no contract on thus customer. Again this appears to be a repair not a sale either. Theres also statements about taxes and other items that are just not true.

    I purchased a laser tattoo removal machine and other accessories and the full purchase price is $48,150. Its been more than 100 days now that they have not delivered the machine. I called them many times but the salesperson I dealt with never picked up his phone. Called his office and complained but nobody called me back. Texted him and told them I will take legal action but still nothing. Asked him when will my orders delivered but no response.

    Hello BBB office,

    Wanted to inform you that the laser source has not been paid me back yet. The company owes me ***** and keep postponing the refund. Its been 14 months that I purchased a machine without any clarification. Please help me to get my money back.
