      Everyone is being nice and professional until today at checkout when I asked to set a draft for a surprising medical bill under $500. Meaning even if I don't pay it at all, this bill won't affect my credit. However, I called in advance for the ok to set monthly payments, and I was told that I couldn't do that by phone; it must be done inside the ********* the window I talked to ***, and OMG, she has the worst attitude I have ever seen; she was just repulsive. She had to leave her desk stomping to ask someone in the back for every little question; her lack of knowledge was so obvious. Not respect or basic customer service, or common sense, came out of her; she doesn't have any idea of how to collect money without getting her workplace in trouble. She took so long inside, supposedly asking other people what was obvious, but I had to pick up my kids, and then I asked her to do the paperwork needed in her own time, and I'll be back right after; her answer was "whereva," meaning wherever, eyes rolling. That's how toxic her whole interaction was.When I was back, she had a customer on her window going through the same situation; some other lady was showing *** how to use the computer. Then again, she's going stomping to the back; the customer said to me, What is wrong with her?I told him to reach out to BBB as I will do. Fortunately, I was able to finish my transaction with a different lady, However, before I left, I informed *** that I was formally complaining to the BBB about her rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful way of talking to customers. No reason to take it out on customers if she had a bad day or she hates her job. My experience was today, 1/13/25 in the ********** office, I have to keep interacting with this business and I have to make sure someone is handling this problem as I am not the only one affected but the only one speaking out.
