      We purchased a cargo lift from Lift It USA and the lift stops were never adjusted properly and one of our cables frayed in 2 places within one year of installation. I have shown the frayed cable to *** ***** on 9/11/24 and again in mid October 2024. I have numerous emails and text exchanges between both **** **** and *** ***** stating the problems would be addressed and they have not been. Their owner's manual states on Page 4, line item 4 to never allow anyone other than Lift It USA to work on our lift or our warranty will be voided. It also states on Page 4, line item 9 to never operate lift if cables appear frayed or damaged, which means I can't use the lift. The last I heard from them was 10/31/24. I sent a message 2/14/24 and received a response from **** that I would be dealt with on Monday 2/17/24. Still no response on 2/18/2024.

      This was taken care of within 24hrs of my onsite meeting with ****. **** has already told me in personally and via email that he was satisfied. If for some reason, there is a problem I am willing to remove my lift from his house and give **** a full refund on the spot. No questions asked. We will always do everything possible to satisfy our customers.
