    We bought the washing machine and the dryer to island appliance on December and in two weeks it stop working . Originally the product was delivered dented and they able to replaced. The second delivery for the stand was dented again and we able to accept the stand because they said they will give us the discount and never happened . We made our complaints to them and they send us the repair guy . This is literally brand new why they need to be repaired ?the repair man came and told us these machine needs three parts ? So obviously these is junk . We been contacting the island appliances for replacement and they told us to call Whirlpool for our concerns through emailed by *************************** . Whirlpool denied us too they cant replace but to repair ? So we decided to return the product since were not happy and more headache to deal both company island appliance and whirlpool. We have our 5 year warranty paid to secured the purchase . Please we need your help .invoice number *******. Order date 11/20/23 delivered December 4, 2023 . Please we need your help .

    The customer did have issues with the machine.  The units are under a 1 year manufactures warranty. Service went out and the homeowner was very irate with the servicer and refused the repair.  I reached out to the manufacturer and they said the homeowner would need to let the technician do the repair.  I told the homeowner they would need to call the manufactures since this was under the warranty. They refused to call the manufacturer.  Island Appliance does not make appliances.  Manufactures make the appliances and cover them under warranty. 

    The homeowner has yelled and been very rude to several people in my office and at the servicer.  With that being said we are picking up the units and giving the homeowner their money back so they can go elsewhere.
