    bought a great deal of furniture and had to bring it back for a refund THE NEXT DAY/A WEEKDAY!!They could not refund due to a lack of cash on hand. In speaking with them, they were flustered and had no idea how to handle it, or what they were doing.They refused to issue a return receipt to document that the cash would be owed once they had it on hand.Overall, they were very flustered and not very helpful when it came to their own return policy. Very poor customer service and we will not return to experience their incompetence again.It's understandable that they did not have the cash on hand, it is not understandable that they had no plan for such an occurrence and made it our problem.
