    I called Howard's RV to have my RV worded on and they gave me a number to a guy to help with this problem. the guy came and did some work but did not finish the job and he has been paid in full and will no longer answer my calls or text. I talked to the owner of Howard's RV and he is not willing to compensate or fix this problem. they are claiming they had nothing to do with this man and that it is our problem now. please help.

    Mr. Pittman called our dealership requesting mobile RV repair services, to come out to his RV and make repairs to his RV refrigerator.  We told Mr. Pittman that we do not offer mobile RV Service and we can only repair RVs at our dealership.  He said he could not bring in the RV in for repair at our dealership.  As a courtesy, we offered a phone number of a company that did offer mobile repair services.  At the time, this person/company (Shaun Griffin of All about RVs) was recommended by other customers who had good work completed by Shaun.  This person/company is not and was not employed by Howard RV Center at anytime, nor does he represent Howard RV Center in any way.  He is a seperate business who Mr. Pittman called for repair service.   Once we heard any negative reviews about Shaun Griffin and his company (All About RVs) we stopped giving out his contact info.   

    Here is the review Mr. Pittman left on our Google Listing: 

    "At the time I called Howard Rv, my motor home could not be moved. I had to have a refrigerator replaced. Howard RV gave me a number of someone (Shaun Griffin) who makes house calls and was according to them highly recommended “this is your guy” as they stated it! I contacted Shaun and he came out and had to receive the money up front for the parts (refrigerator and inverter) before he could do the work. Shaun was paid and did come and replace the refrigerator with my help, didn’t take the old one away and months later has nothing but excuses and refuses to finish the work by not bringing the inverter that has been paid for and hooking it up! "
