    My husband and I visited the store a few weeks ago as my husband had been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. After measuring his feet and trying the supports, which at the time felt comfortable, he was told that these would resolve any /all foot pain that he was experiencing. They gave detailed instrctions on how to wear them for the next couple of weeks. Additionally, I too was convinced that these arch supports would help alleviate all sorts of pain in my hips, back etc. We left the store having spent over $3000 dollars for both of us. Fast forward, I don't wear them because they hurt my feet and my shoes don't fit properly. My husbands in excrutiating pain and contacted his foot doctor, who reconfirmed that this is all just marketing hype, advised him to stop wearing them, OR only wear the most relaxed support. He's back to the Dr. for medication to help relieve his pain which was aggravated by these arches. We felt that we were given false promises and hopes for these VERY over priced arch supports. They make you initial the reciept that no refunds are provided, on the premise that they stand behind these products. So now I'm stuck with useless pieces of plastic. OH and they offer store credit, but they only seem to sell one type of overpriced shoes, so basically I'd have 10 years worth of free shoes if I opted for some credit. I'd really love this store to offer us some monetary refund, but that's just not the policy. Buyer ******, DO NOT spend money here. It's nothing more than fraudulent hype and false promises. I'm giving one star because it won't let me give zero. Also, the sale person gave us all this information about how his customers come back so pleased and the difference seen is amazing, but after we checked out we learned that we were his 1st Sale ever. So horrible!!!!
