    I hired Momentum Moving coming to assist in my move on 10/29. I received a late text the morning of my move telling me they were a man short. I told them that was fine come anyway. Never received any other communication for almost an hour. I tried to call multiple times. Next text said they weren't coming and I would receive a refund for $321 that I paid in 5-7 days. I have asked for proof of refund and have gotten nothing in return. They have not responded to my phone calls and the only texts was to say they have already responded with their intentions. I still have not received a refund and it's been a week. I have an intentions of filing in small claims court if I do not receive my refund. I had to hire a new company for the next day, pay double, and extend the uhaul an extra day. This business is taking peoples money and not following through with services.

    Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/11/18) */ Momentum moving finally refunded my money after numerous texts and calls and filing a report through the better business bureau. It took almost a month after they said they had refunded the day they didn't show for my move. The stress and anxiety caused by this company was unimaginable. But I know have my refunded minus the extra day I needed to rent a uhaul. They never responded to the complaint made through the better business bureau. Would not recommend using this company ever.
