      A person came out and said he just wanted to walk around the house and there was no charge. After that I received an invoice. When I called the company, they said it was included in the purchase of my home from ********************. I knew nothing about this. I would have to pay $150/year to keep this "insurance" on my crawl space that I didn't even know I had. They won't stop emailing and sending me this bill. I never asked to this, didn't know I had it and and canceled whatever it was. Yet they are still sending me a bill for NO SERVICES provided!!!! Harassment and I've had enough!!

      I had a crawl space encapsulation done about four years ago so it was still under warranty, it included a dehumidifier which was defective and very noisy, and I had to pay $80 every six months for them to come and check it, not my choice, I asked them for once a year because i have a monitor to check for the humidity so i know if it's working. So they recently came and said they would replace it with a new dehumidifier and they did about two months ago. The new one, if it was new, was just as noisy especially right under my bedroom. I called and told them and they said they would be coming out again because it was due for another $80 checkup, I said you just installed this one why do I need a checkup for a new unit? Well that's what we have scheduled so we need to check the filter. On a new unit?? They offered to reduce it to $40 but it just didn't make any sense why they weren't warranting there product and charging a fee? No one has called to remedy the situation and I'm stuck with a noisy unit vibrating under my bed and keeping me awake. Not a customer friendly company!

      **, we are very sorry to hear this. According to the notes on your account, your original unit has been sent to the manufacturer and a temporary unit installed in the meantime. That is the benefit of the semi-annual maintenance plan- it includes removal of your unit when there is an issue, delivery of the unit to the manufacturer for repair, and installation of a temporary unit. It also includes filter and coil cleaning. If you are not on the semi-annual schedule, you don't get all of those benefits.One of our CSR's must have overlooked the fact that you had a temp unit currently and your main unit was out for repair. We would never want to charge you for service on the temp unit. This information will be relayed to our team for review, and we will reach out to you once we have more info on your original unit.
