      ****** was great! There were some delays on our part in getting started but he was very helpful and patient, guiding us through the insurance process and making sure we got the best results possible, saving us a lot of money. I don't think we could have done it without him.

      Southern Premier told me there was extensive hail damage and tried to get insurance to cover it, but insurance only covered part of it, despite Southern Premier's photos and explanations. The insurance company eventually sent an engineer, who said that all the damage on my roof was due to manufacturer defects and installation errors, even though it happened during a hailstorm. When I told Southern Premier that I didn't think the engineer's report was credible, they told me it was. When I asked point-blank if there was hail damage on the roof, the response was, "Based on the report, no." I was quoted a very high price for a new roof, which they said was because they were the best and had a certification from GAF. The salesman told me they didn't do roof repairs, only replacements, although their website says they do repairs. I chose not to hire them because I only wanted a contractor who told a consistent story about hail damage. I only want a roofer who can recognize installation errors and manufacturer defects, and I wish they had recognized that before the engineer did. As for prices, there are other roofers in the area who charge considerably less and offer the same certification from GAF or equivalent certifications from other manufacturers.

      These guys are amazing. They worked around my schedule, where caring about items around the house and took additional steps to make sure they were protected. From the moment they came for the estimate it was professional, but with with a small business feel too. The financing options are great and they go above and beyond to find you a good rate. After the roof was done we found a few nails and when I told them they sent a crew out and reswept the whole area. I cannot say enough good things and I hope if you are looking for a roof you give these guys a chance at getting your business.

      We've been working with ****** **** of Southern Premier Roofing. So far everything is going as expected. ****** has taken care of everything for us. The initial inspection using a drone to limit the foot traffic on the roof, documenting the wind and hail damage to our shingles, helping ** file a claim with our insurance provider, meeting with the insurance adjustor, following ** to ensure our insurance claim moved through the process and helping ** pick the perfect shingle color for our home. We couldn't be happier with the service we've seen so far. ******, you ROCK!!!
