    Predatory towing! This company admittedly patrols college apartment complexes scouting cars to tow. Upon getting my receipt when I picked up my car, I asked why the time between when the tow was "requested" and the arrival of the tow truck was only a minute. The unashamed answer: "the drivers patrol the lots." My friends saw one person walking the lot shining flashlights into people's cars looking for cars without resident permits then signaling to the driver before quickly towing my vehicle. They go out at night looking for college students' vehicles to take instead of waiting for the complex to call if the parking was an issue. It is a way to make easy money on college students. They said it was $160 cash only to pick it up and I could only go the next morning after 9 am. Clearly they're available at night because I spoke with the driver over the phone as he was leaving with my car and he said I couldn't get it back until the morning. I wish they'd let you get your car during the hours they're actually working even with the exorbitant fee. This practice is predatory against college students in limited space apartment complexes (and anywhere else they patrol), plus the office is grimy and unsettling. Wilmington residents, beware of anywhere that is preyed upon by Atlantic Recovery.
