  Crew did a very good job cutting down 1 dogwood tree and trimming limbs that were dead and cutting back limbs that were hanging low on three dogwood trees. Cleaned up all debris and hauled away. Would not hesitate to use their service again and recommend.

  We got a quote from ******* a few months ago. We called last Monday, hopeful to getting on the books. He asked if we could send him the quote because he didn't remember and he would get us scheduled. My husband text him the quote. We never heard a word back as far as scheduling or anything else for that matter, through text or phone call. Someone rings my doorbell this morning and I go outside to see guys setting up in my yard to obviously do some kind of yard work. One employee said I had spoken to his boss and I asked who his boss was and he said ******* so I told him to hold off for a minute. I call my husband, who had just gotten a call from *******, he said that ******* was being ***** about our stuff not being removed from the yard so he can do his work. My husband told him that we never set up a time to do this work, that (*******) never responded to him. They discuss some more and ******* hangs up on him. ******* calls back, ready to argue some more, and says they discussed and settled on a price, which NEVER happened. ******* then hangs up on my husband, again. ******* then texts my husband and thanks him for ruining his day. I was excited to use these guys as they seemed to have decent reviews, fair prices, etc. After this whole situation this owner is FAR from professional. Which if you read any negative reviews, his response shows that. This could have turned out better if it wasn't for the owner's childish actions. I hope it was just a fluke and maybe he was confused, but just be cautious. If I wouldn't have been home, they may have done the work and then tried to charge us a price that we did not discuss nor agree to.

  ******** is not a man of his word. We ordered a 1/2 cord of wood and paid $250.00($50.00 tip). What we received was about 1/4 of a cord. We messaged ******* stating we felt the order was short. He tried convincing us we received the proper number of pieces. It still wasn't the amount we paid for or requested. He came out and upon his inspection he agreed we did not get what we purchased. To resolve our issue ******* agreed we were due more (this was on a Monday) and he would deliver the balance by the following weekend. It's been 6 weeks now and we still have not received the balance of what we paid for. The fact he came out on a holiday said a lot about his character at that time. However, we have been proven wrong because he doesn't honor his word. He doesn't even understand how to calculate a cord of wood. He bases it on the number of pieces but that depends on how many pieces you split a log into. The smaller the pieces the more pieces you get. This is deceitful and dishonest! He admitted some of his customers are elderly and don't like handling the larger logs so he cuts them smaller. While that is very kind and generous to help the elderly it's still dishonest to make one think just because you receive 200+pieces it equals 1/4 or 1/2 cord whichever you purchase. We would not recommend this company or do business with them again. Most expense wood we've ever purchased!!

  Yes upon my inspection we both agree that it was short definitely not a malicious intent and we both agreed that the remaining couple of pieces will be delivered, you literally told me don't worry about it I'll contact you when to drop it off , never heard back from you , until this email , all you had to do was call me and arrange a time for drop off , 1st complaint ever

  Unprofessional. ******* screwed up our appointment twice and then tried to blame me. He sent texts that were disrespectful and Unprofessional. I would never hire this company after my interaction with him. ******* ****** ***** *** ******* *** *******
