    Scam!! Do not invest into this program and heres why. I was hopeful that there was something that could provide a better future for my family however *** is not the person to help you do that. First off you are promised after spending thousands of dollars to get help finding deals for section 8 properties. What you end up getting is a link to a ******** page that has seller financing deals in ***********. The main problem is we are told we would have no issues finding seller financed deals for only $2-5k down however that is not true. Most sellers want at least 10k down. The other issue is *** doesnt mention that you will need to have at least another 10k to rehab the home you may be purchasing. If you dont have at least $20k to start with *** will tell you that you need to start wholeselling which is not what everyone signed up for. Does *** have a lot of knowledge about section 8? Yes Im sure he does but its not as quick and easy as he makes it seem. While *** promises you the world in the webinars to invest 5-7k for his program just know everything that is provided can be found online for free. Do yourself a favor and stay away from *** and his program. Hes a smooth talking flashy guy who will take your money and not follow through with his word and promises. Im out about 10k singing up for his program, a special deal where is was supposed to give me 2 deals and the prime business building program he recommend and now Im left with nothing and no money to move forward while he suckers another group of people every week sitting in front of all his cars. I wish my story was different but if you dont have capital this program wont help at all. I have asked for a refund but was told they dont refund promos however nowhere does he say that.
