    If you are interested in doing **** through this company, please reconsider. After my first month of trying the STRIVE brand, my doctor and I both agreed it was perfect for me since I didnt have any side effects and I was losing 1-2 pounds a week at a health rate. They told me we would continue to use the same prescription and made the notes. Fast forward to Diet Direct here deciding to change my brand last minute to Casa to make sure I get the supply in time without my approval or the approval of my doctor. I made the mistake of trusting Diet Direct spoke with my doctor and this would be the same medicationNOPE! I had severe side effects to the added B12 component in Casa that nearly had me in the *** When I asked to get the right brand and be refunded or get the next supply free for this mistake customer service refused to help me at all. Kept my money. And told me they would just give me the right one next time AT FULL PRICE. You cant be serious?! They cared more about getting my money than my own health or taking accountability. I am extremely upset with me and canceled my case and account that same day. Stay away from them if you want GLP assistance of any kind!!

    I will not give you any ratings, because your company is corrupt defruades people with your meal replacment shakes WonderSlim. I ordered shakes from your company twice last year 2023.You have sent me fraudulent products using my Discover card several times and Discover has finally put a stop to your fraudulent charges that I did not make. And now you have found fraudulent charges to ******************************* charge card and shipping orders to me that I did not order. Your using Amazon to sell your products to lure customers to the site and charging them for purchases that they did not make. Your employees know how to use this computer to commit fraud and it needs to be reported. My name is ************************Thank You

    I have been a loyal customer for many years. You recently changed your shipping from Fed Ex to some weird shipping company. I placed my order 01/06/24, It is now 01/11/24 and my order has yet to go to ***** It is still floating around in shipping partner land. My orders are now 2-3 1/2 weeks out. From 3-4 days on fed ex. I called your customer service number 3 times with 2 orders i placed in December that order came 3 1/2 weeks later, and now January this is already going on a full week still not close to an actual shipping company. I was told that since i used the ***** free shipping option my order will be shipped this way from now on. That i should PAY the expedited shipping to get my order in 3-4 days. That is a really bad way to treat your loyal customers. I order regularly from you. And i am extremely upset over this. Please rethink this new way of shipping. I realize your trying to save yourself money. But i have to think of how frustrating it is for me and just NOT order any more. It really is not worth the frustration of tracking orders for weeks. I tried to explain to a representative and she was just nasty and condescending and said then order elsewhere. Thanks for that !! I asked who else i can call and was told no one. She will pass it on. But i really didnt believe her.
