    On October 28, 2022, I had my Black 2011 Glk350 ******** towed to this business. On the same day, my husband, *********************, and I took a down payment of $600 to the owner. He told us that it would take two or three days to repair our vehicle. After about a week, I sent the owner a text, in which he didn't respond. A couple of days later, I sent another text, of which he didn't respond. A few days later he sent me a text and apologized for not responding because he had dropped his phone and damaged the screen. He stated at that time that our car would be repaired and ready to picked up later that week. On November 17th, he still had not repaired our car. I sent him text to ask him about the status of our car and he stated that he had been out and he was back at work and our car would be ready to be picked later that week and he also stated that due to the delay he would deduct $100 off the balance and give us a free oil change. Since that time, we haven't heard not a word from him. We have visited his business, and left notes in his door and still have not gotten a response. At the beginning of our transaction with him, he stated that he preferred to communicate via text messaging. I have proof that I have been trying to resolve this issue. We cannot have the car towed from his property because he has taken the sterring wheel off and he has our one and only key to the vehicle. As of this date, February 12, 2023, we still have not heard anything from him. We need your help in resolving this issue.
