    My car was supposed to be repaired ***** ******t shop and he was paid April of 2022 by *********** insurance to repair the car after an auto accident. My car sat with this shop until June which is when the repairs began. At that time I was advised parts were delayed by Lexus however after contacting Lexus this information was not true, the shop did not have the funds to buy the parts and was penny pinching off future jobs to fix my car. Each time I visited the shop I was given a time frame on when the car would be fixed and it was never ready. I continued to reach out and on July 1st I was advised I can come pick up my car when I got there my car was no where to be found called the shop owner and no response after about almost an hour my car pulled up with the owner driving and he stated he did not have his phone and then stated the car was not quite ready because he went through a car wash and the car wash damaged my car. The front bumper was sticking out the rim had been scratched and multiple scratches on my bumper and a dent in the passenger side door like the door was hit with an object. The shop owner stated he had a claim filed with the car wash. After further researching and investigation and speaking with the car wash they were able to pull footage and my vehicle entered the car wash with the damage already present. After advising ***** of this information he then proceeded to say that was a plan to get me some money. I never asked him for money all I wanted was my car to be fixed. After further review ***** was paid over $12,000 to repair my car by *********** and did not at that time replace my rim or complete a wheel alignment or purchased other required parts for my vehicle.. ***** purcha the Rim. He tried to repair the bumper repaired but even as of today is jot repaired and is still sticking out a new one had to by me . He never reimbursed me for tires as well He owed me $332.98 for tires and $550.22 bumper $70.00 wheel alignment he has ignored my req
