    I want to file a complaint against New Hope Primary Care. I have been a patient with them since. I have been having issues with their staff not returning calls plus not giving proper paperwork and appointments. They never returned phone calls and I got upset on when I went through the portal asking about lab paperwork. No response. Then they set me an appointment in January and the day of my appointment they called me and said your appointment has been cancelled due to not receiving labs. Well me being bipolar and the physician was aware of my condition. I sent a note stating since they can't get it together I guess I will get another doctor. Well instead of physician contacting me and discussing this issue she chose to terminate me as a patient. To me this is discrimination and people should be made aware that doctors don't care like they used too
