      I would give them a zero if I could. We purchase a mattress from Mattress of Wilson and the deliver was attempted to the home of a 74 year old female. The Driver was rude to the home owner and told her that he was not supposed to deliver the mattress inside the home….? The home owner asked why because she paid for the deliver and it was not communicated that because of Covid no deliver inside the home. The company had to end up coming back after they arrive because the mattress would not fit. Oh by the way Covid was restriction was over at that time. When the driver arrived to deliver the mattress he left the mattresses upstairs on the floor. What a mess!!!! We call Wilson and the Greenville office and basically nothing was done and also the driver broke the door and tore it off the hinges. The company basically said file it on your homeowner insurance. No responsibility for the damages. The Manager would not provide the owner info either. If you know what’s good for you go somewhere else to purchase your mattress.
