      They won't answer the phone, don't call you back when you have questions, but will have their front desk call with an attitude when a bill is owed. Physician is great, however staff is another issue. What they need to do is let people know what the insurance will pay and won't pay for before they schedule. Talk about trying to take in fast money. Pick up the phone when I need a note for my employer. I'm not retired. No was a hard no for accomodations. Now I get a call about an old bill and the caller says that it should have been collected up front. Well that seems like an office failure and it's not easy juggling the provider bill, hospital bills, anesthesia bills, and other stuff associated with two surgeries. Then she says nasty that the surgeries were last year (October/November). Ok and. Them she says she's in a nasty tone that we will just submit it to collections. Well it seems like that is who you think you are Ms. **** Spokes Person. I said ok and hung up after she did. Talk about customer service. I would never recommend unless you're retired or not working. Probably should have stayed in ******, but collections it is. I just told her there was an issue with my debit card, verified this morning, and she got nasty. I was going to say I would call with a payment later since the bank was hoping to resolve the matter later on, but she can stuff it with her attitude and hope that the business knows it is because of her is probably why you don't get most payments. Nice till they got you by the rope.
