    I ordered a lift-gate for my van on-line from AS Auto Solutions on November 18th, 2022. The total with shipping came to $593.79. The item was finally shipped on November 28th, 2022. On December 16th, 2022 the shipping company called me and said the lift-gate was packaged poorly and the window was broke. The shipping company shipped the lift-gate back to AS Auto Solutions on December 8th, 2022. On December 9th, 2022 I was contacted by AS Auto Solutions via a text message. They tried to say nothing was wrong with the lift-gate. I told them it was already shipped back to them because it was in fact damaged. I asked for a refund and they have never replied back to me. And, according to the shipping information I received there was insurance on the shipment. The lift-gate was never in my possession. It was not delivered to my address.
