    This company does not deserve a star. This man showed up 30 minutes late in an unidentified truck with no shirt on or any id that he worked for safe dry. After cleaning my couch, I asked why there was still dog hair on it and claimed he forgot to vacuum first and said my bad. I asked if he was going to vacuum my rug before cleaning and he said, "sure, can I use yours?" He offered to complete the job for 1/2 price if I went through him directly, I said no. My carpet was not clean, he forced me to complete a 5 star review on his phone in front of him. I was home alone and felt unsafe. I called the manager who told me this was his best employee. I have waited over 2 weeks for a refund and have received nothing after several unreturned calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
