  Run the other direction before even thinking about using this company its all subcontracted out and tossed together building supports missing screws some screws totally missing the roof supports and owner/operator is aware and after over a year has been out twice to repair and still the crew missed everything that was on a list to be repaired. Crooked panels on all 4 sides of building. Holes where screws were ran in and taken out parts of the roof not even attached. Roof leaks multiple spots doors leak in multiple spots. Business should be shut down signed contract and not honoring it.

  I signed up for Muscle Steel to build a 20x40 steel building including a 10 foot lean to with a concrete pad in December of 2024. After a bunch of delays they finally showed up to pour the pad in late April 2025. After curing for a few weeks a crew from Delgollado apparently subbed out in connection with **. **** took 2.5 days to build the building and failed to follow the correct design. **** left, totally paid but with several issues, a dented door and torn insulation. I was told to contact ***** with Delgollado Steel buildings. I did and he said he would send some tape and $100 check to compensate. He never did, after numerous phone calls and texts that mostly went unanswered, I spoke with ****** she said they are no longer working with Muscle Steel so I should contact them. I have called and left messages with ** leaving my call back number along with a message to no avail.

  Not Licensed, Bonded or Insured. Workmanship is awful. Leaks in the building and from the grading of the concrete. They will no longer respond to emails, texts or calls. They do not honor their workmanship warranty.I am not forced to either fix the leaks myself or hire someone else.After they get your deposit, expect little to no communication. If anything goes wrong, expect zero accountability. Expect no call/no show and vague timelines and solutions.

  ZERO STARS!Foreign workers cannot understand english. They cannot read a tape measure. Totally incompetent. Communication with the company is very poor, they did not finish the job,they barely got started,and nothing but excuse after excuse. And we're in breach of contract.

  Dont use **** to order your barn, hes a 3rd party salesman that collects his thousands of dollars for nothing and then defaults on his written contract for install dates. Once the sale is made he could care less about the customer at that point. Ive got phone recordings, text and emails to prove all of this. Negative rating for customer service This was supposed to be installed in 3-5 weeks, was installed 14 weeks later and thats after I continued to call, email and text.
