    Despicable employees.I have a new build, so there were issues that needed to be fixed or corrected for the one year warranty. The property manager sent someone from this company to come out and correct some of the issues. The guy who repaired my laundry room door yelled at my son, who is non-verbal with ASD. My son was in my room across from the laundry room. He was making noises and beating on the carpet with a clothes hanger. Not yelling, even if he was, the guy could have shut the laundry room door, got ear plugs, or said something to me. I guess this man was under the impression that I wasn't close by to monitor my child. There were several repairmen in my house fixing several different issues. None of them had any problems with my son. When he screamed at my son to quit it. I asked him what he said. He acted like he didn't hear me. Then I went into the laundry room and asked the question again. Now, his reply is that it's nothing. This situation happened on December 21. I'm just now hearing back from the company, even though the property manager reached out. Last week an employee finally gets back to me. He stated I will look into it and speak to the individual. What he should have done is apologize for his employee behavior. I am not sure if the other repairmen were from the same company, but they were professional. This company failed to ensure their employees remain professional while in someone else's house.
