    Took personal PC for basic cleanup. Got PC home and Microsoft email would not sync with Google mail. Called for assistance. Talked with a woman. Told me "She hadn't touched my email". That if I was having issues, I should go out on You Tube for tutorial. SERIOUSLY????? Paid $192.00. Had to go to Geek Squad, have my whole PC rebuilt for another $200.00 and still don't have the original Basic set-up I had before. Somebody should shut them down.

    We only removed viruses from the pc and 2 hacker programs ..which the customer downloaded a program and allowed a hacker control of her comouter ...that has nothing to do with email....we would have had to have email paaswordd etc to have reconfigured email ...which we did not have nore were we provided ....the customer sounds like she is also not happy with best buy either !! Sometimes you just can't please a customer no matter how much you do..we were paid to remover hacker programs which we did and clean the p.c.....that does nothing at all to do with an email ..configuration or otherwise
