    I tried to return my item of $100 after I purchased it and was refused a refund after having my receipt two days later! I contacted corporate and was told I was physical with the employee and the police was called when none of this happen ! They make false accusation against black people! They don't believe in customer being right they have the worst management I have ever encountered

    My employees did not refund her money because the item was not in the same condition as when she purchased it. It was dirty and broken, which is not the condition in which it was sold. The store manager charged said item and it was fully functional.The customer(s) were extremely loud and combative. I do have a video of the interaction.
