      I purchased new flooring through **** ********** company Epoxy Gods. Work was to be started on Thursday Nov. 14th 2024. I kept on asking for updates and pictures of the completed project which should have only taken 3 days. He kept providing excuse after excuse and promises that the project will be done before I headed back to **. I arrived in ** Feb. 22 2025 to nothing done at all. Advised him to refund my money, which he has not done and once again, excuse after excuse. I filed a claim with my bank and they did a temporary refund on my account until the claim is resolved. I also filed a claim with NC Consumer ************** but don't think much is being done with that. Now I am trying BBB next. I have multiple communications I can send between us if needed. I did pay him in full because he offered to take 350 off. Robs ***** to pay ****

      I contacted him via text message 6 days ago and he stated within 10 days I will have a certified cashiers check. I advised I will be in ******* so not sure how that works.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
