    They won't give you any services unless you sign a contract for 3 months. The prices are variable which is suspect off the bat. They do try to work with you until you have an issue and don't want to go anymore then they send your remainder to collections. The only way out of this contract is to have a letter from your doctor, however, this contract assumes you have a doctor. If you don't have insurance, and no medical care, then you will be punished and sent to collections. It's a business and they are only working in their financial interest. Until they change it so you can only get the amount of services you actually need, as in month to month - you are basically FORCED to accept a 3-month agreement. The girl providing the service is very nice and helpful, it's a shame that this corporate model is so rampant today.

    We offer two different program options - a 3 month plan and a single month plan. Most customers prefer the 3 month plan because it is a better value. The custom signed an agreement for the 3 month plan and asked to cancel after the 2nd month of the plan without a doctors note. We ended up cancelling the plan for her even without the note. We prefer that clients complete a 3 month program because our data proves that a 12-week consistent stretching routine will help improve range of motion and flexibility ultimately allowing clients to feel better and move better. We price the programs accordingly to deter single visits, as a single visit will not improve one's long lasting flexibility. We look forward to continuing to work with the above client and helping her improve wellness. We have helped hundreds of clients in the community with back pain, sciatica, and upper body stiffness - we look forward to continuing to work with the health and wellness of those living in Winston Salem.
