  Purchased system for my wife and myself and given these insoles that where suppose to releve knee , foot , and hip pain . Also, sold a pair of Brooks shoes that was suppose to be part of the program that was nothing but junk.
  After several weeks of participating in this ordeal , we were worse off than before.
  First couple of weeks , things were pretty much normal, but soon became a nightmare.
  More pain , less comfort.
  Just so you know , our total bill was right around $ 4000.00 . Sad , Sad , Sad .

  The arch supports have made me worse. I did not have foot pain until after I wore the supports and pain I did not have has developed in my back and knees. I used to walk 45 minutes, now can only walk 25 minutes with arch supports. My left foot has a red gash under the foot after wearing the strengthening arch supports. I am out $800 because of the no return policy. I wish I had read the reviews on google before purchasing. Inside the store and for a few hours initially, all was well. I've followed the guidelines but after 7 days of what feels like torture to my body, I must file a complaint.

  After 3 visits to the store and after reading the poor reviews and the BBB comment that it is a scam, I will not return to the store. Initially, I was told that there is a 97% success rate. I asked the salesperson, what if I'm in the 3% that can't get fitted. I don't remember her answer, but I think there was no answer. The staff are very well trained to SELL.
