INCIDENT/ PURCHASE DATE April 9, 2023 11:06 PM After a number of telephone calls and conversations to a 24hr or Emergency Alas Firearms of Greensboro NC, **********************************************************************. The person of contact was ******, which is the name he preferred to be addressed. We met, nearly had an hour appointment. I purchased a weapon for outside range shooting. Listed- 12G HVY 2.75-1 ***** 25RD price ***** 6.25%, GFA GF25 SEMI 12/20B 5RD, price ****** 9.45%, ARM MAG VR SERIES 12GA 9RD, price ***** 6.32%, totaling ******. I had all documentation for the weapon including photo copies of unlicensed certification from Roanoke VA ****** , local eight-hour coarse certification through the Sheriff's ******, US LawShield card for transportation offered to show it to him, he said, "I don't need it."The deal was he would return my money, resale the weapon he sold me, if it fell through he'd offer me the handgun I was interested in as well. He asked me to purchase a 1500-2000 pd safe for sale priced at *******, nearly five foot tall and I said, "no." I wasn't interested in purchasing a safe of that size and steel vault qualifications. He made me feel comfortable as, I was in good hands and he's an honest person.I've called ******, left messages for him to return my calls, asked for my money back if he wasn't going to make right on the deal we had. He hasn't done either, he still has my money and won't return it or call me to discuss anything. I won't my money back and just can't trust anything ****** says. I went to the store a number of times and got no answer. He refuses to make good on the deal.

At the time of purchase, I never had access to the weapon. There was a monetary exchange but, he didn't release the weapon to me. He didn't release the weapon to me because his Sheriff friend or relative attempted to register me with the *** database systems, instead of local jurisdiction, where I was certified and approved for the weapon. If you notice on the receipt copy, Cash received ******, highlighted with pink highlighter. A number of spaces over to the bottom right of the receipt, it says, "Thank you for shopping with us," HELD. He kept the weapon and my money, he allowed me to inspect the weapon but, didn't allow me to leave with it. I immediately asked for my money, a return, he said, "he'd give my money back" but, because of illegal activity involved with obtaining weapons, there was a waiting process that took more months due to availability of officers. He didn't do either. I continued to contact him, and he never returned my calls even though he said, he would. I was never in possession of the weapon. It seems like he dodged me and scammed me, he wanted everything to go away without completing the deal.
