    I join some "special group" that they offer for service twice a year of my HVAC system. Part of the service is to have the filter changed twice a year. On the 11th, of this month they came out and didn't change my filter because, and I quote "the factory didn't provide us with one". I told them the size and brand of the filter back in September 13th. So they have had ample time to get one. They literally could have order one from ******. I want a refund due to the fact that this is a breach of contract. Why even show up when you knew you could complete the service?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  We have reviewed this complaint and would like to provide some clarity to the situation.  Mr. ******* received a detailed list of benefits included in the membership program he purchased.  Standard 1 and 2 inch filter changes are included.  Mr. ******* has a specialty filter which is not commonly used nor stocked. We attempted to resolve this issue and he responded with obscenities.  *********** has a policy against use of profanity of abusive language towards our staff.  We believe in maintaining a respectful and professional environment for both customers and employees.  I have attached a copy of the email interaction.  We will be happy to issue a refund for half of the membership, in the amount of $93.00.
