    This business never refunded my two hundred deposit spoke to manager over the phone and in person. Told me to check my bank I did never received.Becareful

    This hotel is not covid clean and they do not inspect the rooms once housekeeping states that it is clean. I found hair in the tubs, on the sheets and in refrigerator. They do not vacuum the floors daily or clean the vents because the rooms reek of a strong mildew smell. Upon arrival I had to change rooms 3 times until I was able to get a half way decent room. Also, I had to tell maintenance to change the filter in the room which reduced the smell somewhat.
    There ae bugs in the rooms and it was so bad I had to have my room and my brother's room exterminated during our stay. One of the employees told me that there are bed bugs there as well.
    In calling the General Manager to report my complaints, he never responded to any of my calls. Additionally, I had to have the health inspector to do an inspection because food was served at the hotel. Overall, this was a terrible experience for me because I had to visit a sick aunt and my time was spent overseeing her health care and fighting bugs. And not able to sleep well due to the hard mattress and bugs.
