    We bought our 1st house and were so excited. The sellers of the estate agreed to have the sewer line replaced but they got to choose the plumber so we decided that he could go ahead and do the plumbing to the bathrooms as well. Worst mistake of my life. The owner and only employee of the company did not want to listen to me or what I wanted with the bathroom remodels. He badgered me until I was forced to change the layout even though I voiced how unhappy I was with it. Our basement is currently unfinished but I told him I wanted the plumbing kept closer to the staircase where the original plumbing already was because I was going to build a storage closet to hide it but instead he moved it smack dab in the middle of where I am making the living room. Also we have sewer gases leaking back into the house. The 1st cause of the sewer gas was he didn't plumb the hall bathroom toilet properly. The 2nd reason is coming from the primary bathroom toilet and shower so I am having to figure out how to fix these issues. Now this is my first time renovating a house and my tile job isn't perfect but I have seen worse from 1st time diy flippers and I've seen where ppl have paid contractors big money to have bad work done but I can always pull up tile and try again. However I know my limits and there are 2 things I wasn't going to mess with as a novice and that's plumbing and electricity. That's why I paid almost $7000 to have a plumber come in to re-pipe the bathrooms my only regret is going with Helios Technology. I would never recommend him and if I could give zero or negative stars I would!
