I am rejecting this response because:
My signing of the lease does not have anything to do with the way the *** went about carrying out their practices; based upon the complaints of a neighbor. They failed to have pertinent evidence before sending inaccurate and no evidence of violations of covenants for the specific incident dates. Also I am singled out when the entire neighborhood is violating the exact same covenant that Byerly property management sent to Mainstreet Renewal that caused me to be charged extra penalties to my account.  Upon requesting the evidence for the violation there was NONE for one violation and again the entire neighborhood was also violating the second. I had my own evidence to proving so and provided to Byerly. In turn they asked me for assistance in violating the entire neighborhood, but in my violation letter stating they had done a drive thru of the neighborhood. Which was a lie. Anything less than what I have asked for to rectify this situation is unacceptable; which is a correction letter sent to myself and Mainstreet Renewal.

eighbor. There was no due process taken by Terry Byerly to fairly investigate or apply the rules fairly. Were are being charged for things that have not taken place recently or anything different from any other household in the neighborhood. I have asked for Terry Byerly to send me and Mainstreet renewal a correction letter.

It is in our best interest and our obligation to correspond with the owner and CC the current renters in regards to HOA violations. For review, please see attached "factual documentation" of the signed lease agreement between the complaining customer **** ****** and Main Street Renewal stating the "resident agrees to abide by any applicable HOA regulations". I have also included a copy of the covenants and restrictions in which we hold all homeowners accountable for. Since the resident agreed, by signing the lease, to abide by the *** regulations, we have every right to hold them accountable for their violations. We are not singling out the residents at ********************. They are one of numerous residents that have received violations over the years. In fact, this is not the first year a violation has been sent to this address for correction. It is not their business, especially as renters and not owners, who is receiving what kind of violation and fine. This is privy to the Board and the Management company as well as the attorney when needed. Therefore, we will not be sending a "correction letter" as we do not have anything to correct.
